Job Title: Sr. Executive- Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Number of Reportee: Scanner, Picker & Packer

Job Overview: Fulfilling B2B and B2C order processing for one or multiple customers in multi-channel environment in the warehouse situated across India

Job Description:

1) Receiving material from the transporter and doing unloading with the help of associates

2) Checking/Inspecting the material and find sortage/damage quantity within each box

3) Counting and segregating material and matching it with the invoice. Intimating customer about variance

4) Put away of the material as per the defined locations in line with the put away policy

5) Inwarding the material in different panel like amazon seller/Flipkart/Uniware/Easyecom and other channel as per the customer’s requirement

6) Planning the order processing one day before in line with the expected order to come and processing those order as per the defined timeline

7) Manifesting and dispatching the shipment in coordination with courier partner

8) Doing timely cycle count and to ensure zero variance

9) Adequate and timely reporting to all customer as per the scope of agreement

10) Advance planning of packing material for all the customer and ensuring adequate PM inventory available

Qualification: Any Graduate with strong analytical skills
