Accounts and Finance Executive

🎯 Role Objective:

To bring financial clarity, cost control, and profit visibility into the business.

💰 Key Responsibilities:

📊 1. Financial Tracking & Control (Core Role)

• Track all expenses (purchase, salary, overheads, etc.)
• Monitor daily cash flow (inflow & outflow)
• Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions

📉 2. Profit & Cost Analysis

• Calculate project-wise profit and loss
• Compare estimated vs actual costing
• Identify cost leakages and suggest improvements

📑 3. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare weekly & monthly reports:
• Revenue
• Expenses
• Profit / Loss
• Outstanding payments
• Present clear data to management for decision making

🧮 4. Accounting & Compliance

• Maintain Tally entries (sales, purchase, expenses)
• Handle GST, invoicing, and basic compliance
• Coordinate with CA when required

🤝 5. Coordination with Teams

• Work with sales & estimation team for costing validation
• Support management in pricing and margin decisions

📊 Role Focus:

• 40% Financial Control & Analysis
• 30% MIS & Reporting
• 20% Accounting (Tally, GST)
• 10% Coordination

✅ Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com (preferred)
• 2–5 years experience in accounting + finance role
• Strong knowledge of Tally & Excel (must)
• Understanding of cost tracking and profit analysis
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Ability to create reports and insights (not just data entry)
