🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for an Application & Estimation Engineer who can understand client requirements, develop system concepts, and prepare accurate cost estimations and proposals. Detailed drawings will be handled by the internal design team.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

🏭 1. Requirement Understanding & Application

• Understand client requirements (material, capacity, layout, process)
• Convert requirements into practical system solutions
• Suggest suitable conveyor / handling systems

📐 2. System Planning (Concept Level)

• Define system configuration and flow
• Decide components (motors, belts, rollers, structure type, etc.)
• Coordinate with design team for detailed drawings

🧮 3. Estimation & Costing (Core Role)

• Prepare detailed cost estimation for projects
• Calculate material cost, bought-out items, fabrication, and margins
• Ensure competitive and profitable pricing

📄 4. Proposal & Quotation

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals
• Create clear and professional quotations
• Support sales team in client discussions

🤝 5. Coordination

• Work closely with design, production, and purchase teams
• Ensure feasibility and cost optimization

📊 6. Data Management

• Maintain cost database and past project records
• Improve speed and accuracy of estimation

✅ Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–6 years experience in industrial / material handling systems
• Strong understanding of conveyors / machinery (preferred)
• Strong costing and calculation skills
• Good Excel knowledge (must)
• Ability to understand system flow (no CAD required)
• Good communication skills
