Aline Conveyors Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing manufacturer of industrial conveyor systems serving clients across multiple industries like food, pharma, packaging, and manufacturing. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive who can convert leads into business and also generate new opportunities.



🎯 Key Responsibilities:

πŸ“₯ Inbound Sales (Primary Focus):

  • Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp & calls
  • Call and follow up with potential clients regularly
  • Understand client requirements (type of conveyor, application, size, budget)
  • Coordinate with internal team for quotation preparation
  • Share quotations and ensure proper follow-up
  • Maintain lead updates in CRM / Excel
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales / field team



πŸš€ Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Daily LinkedIn outreach (connect with factory owners / plant heads)
  • Reach out to old leads and revive business opportunities
  • Do targeted cold calling to industries (provided list + self-research)
  • Send WhatsApp messages and maintain engagement with prospects
  • Identify and approach new potential clients



πŸ“Š Daily Work Targets:

  • 40–60 calls (inbound + follow-ups + cold calls)
  • 20 follow-ups
  • 20 LinkedIn connection requests
  • 10 LinkedIn messages
  • 10 old leads outreach



βœ… Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English)
  • Confident and comfortable on calls
  • Sales mindset with strong follow-up discipline
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Experience in telecalling / sales is a plus
