📝 Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and professional International Voice Process Agent to handle international calls, support clients in import–export documentation, resolve queries, ensure compliance, and deliver top-quality service.

  • 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
  • 📞 International Calling & SupportHandle inbound & outbound calls with international clients.
  • Resolve queries related to import–export documentation.
  • Maintain a polite, professional & customer-friendly approach.
  • 📋 Import/Export Documentation & Compliance:
  • Assist clients with customs clearance, compliance, and documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy in export compliance processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of issues.
  • 🗃️ Customer Service & Issue Handling:
  • Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and maintain service quality.
  • Maintain records of communication and client requests.
  • 🖥️ Additional Operational Support:
  • Manage blended process tasks (voice + non-voice).
  • Maintain internal reports, trackers, and client records.
  • ⭐ Skills Required:
  • 🌍 Excellent International Calling Skills
  • 💬 Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • 📞 Telecalling / BPO / Voice Process Experience
  • 📄 Knowledge of Import Documentation & Export Compliance
  • ⚖️ Understanding of Customs & International Trade Processes
  • 🎧 Ability to Handle Complaints & Provide Quick Resolution
  • 🧠 Problem-solving & Multitasking
