2. Sales & Targets

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals.

Upsell and cross-sell products to increase bill value.

3. Product Knowledge

Maintain good knowledge of all products and categories in the store.

Explain product features, quality, and pricing to customers.
