Overall responsibility for the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision. Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets. Hiring, training, and supervising store staff, including scheduling and performance management. Monitoring and analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Managing store expenses, including labor costs, inventory shrinkage, and operational costs.
