Warehouse Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Key responsibilities include Close coordination with CFA teams for reports and data, MIS preparation for Supply Chain functions, Vendor management & timely processing of vendor bills, stock management with CFAs, Modern trade and Ecom order service and fill rate check, Coordination with CFS and Audit teams on their requirements, SAP and DB portal support

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1 )Modern Trade (MT) and eCommerce customer service

• Work closely with CFA team for checking Ecom PO receipts and confirming the same in portal
• Timely appointment request for the received Ecom POs and ensure that stocks are delivered on time without fill rate issue
• Checking CSD orders and supply status
• Coordinating with CFAs for MT/CSD Fill rate report on a daily basis and check the the correctness of the report
• Coordinate with the distribution planning team for the stock availability at CFAs for MT, Ecom and CSD orders

2 ) Reports/MIS preparation& check

• Prepare daily and monthly MIS and functional reports as per the agreed timelines
• Co-ordinate with respective CFAs for data collation
• Daily check on reports prepared by CFA and their frequency. Some of the key reports include – MTD and YTD reports, Outstanding collection report and other reports
• Support and check on weekly reports done by CFA – MOQ/MBV exceptions, Order portal compliance, PDP adherence and exceptions, Hospital tracker review, Insurance claims, POSM stock report & dispatch status, Customer sales returns tracking, COPQ tracking

3) Stock Management & system Hygiene

• Checking the stock availability across CFAs on daily basis
• Checking and clearing blocked/restricted stocks on weekly basis
• Pending and open order review on daily basis and connecting with CFA for the closure
• Tracking the D&E claim status on weekly basis and reviewing the D&E register
• Timely D&E stocks clearance for scrap sale and incineration
• Raising write off document for D&E and insurance claim stocks on monthly basis

4) Vendor Management

• Obtaining NDC from vendors on timely basis
• Coordination with vendors for timely bills submission and resolving the query/issues in the bills
• Tracking the validity of FSSAI license, IUF and vendor agreements

5)Coordination with CFS

• Coordination with CFS team for bills processing and payment tracking on weekly basis
• Sharing NACH report with CFS team on weekly basis

6) SAP Testing

• Help business with SAP related testing for any process change / enhancements

7) DB Order Portal

• Support in extending DB order portal to new customers
• Support in resolving any portal related issues faced by customers in co-ordination with IT team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level: Any UG Graduation (any discipline), MBA/PGDBM (preferred)

Skills needed: Proficient in MS-Office. Good expertise in MS-Excel needed; Knowledge of Excel Macros will be an added advantage

Experience: 3-5 Years

Experience Details: Experience of 3-5years as Warehouse Manager or in-charge with in depth knowledge in CFA operations and SAP system transactions, preferably in FMCG / Consumer Goods

Pay: ₹3,84,000.00 - ₹4,32,000.00 per year
