Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Responsible with understanding of assembly line equipment’s process and parameters like wheel alignment ,Dynamometers, filling equipment’s etc
2. Responsible Consistent Quality of rolled out vehicles with understanding of straight pass.
3. Systematic Concern Resolution Process with understanding of Poke yoke, HEP,& QC tools
4. Responsible for Develop & Deploy Quality Systems in line with focus on BIQ
5. Identifying the need, bridging ownership gaps, documenting & training
6. Responsible & Monitoring SPC on line Torque control nut runner (TCNR)
7. Understanding of torque and pneumatic tools for Calibration eg., TCNR,Battery tools
8. Responsible for engineering specification test on Vehicle
9. Responsible for check man(Quality Inspector) certification through MSA(measurement system analysis)
10. Responsible field failure control through WRAP(warranty reduction audit process)
11. Understanding of vehicle system like HVAC ,brakes, clutch, diagnostics etc 
12. Must have understanding and exposure of Audits like IATF, ISO etc
