Job Summary:

We are looking for courteous, attentive, and reliable Waiters/Stewards to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks to guests while following proper service protocols
• Check on guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between seatings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
• Assist with preparation and restocking of service areas, cutlery, condiments, and napkins
• Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
• Cooperate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle billing and payment processes using the point-of-sale (POS) system

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience as a waiter/steward or in customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages, including allergy awareness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage
