Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy And Execution:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for part load services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the part load segment.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their needs.

Market Analysis And Intelligence:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends,competitor activities,and potential growth opportunities.
• Utilize market intelligence to develop effective sales strategies and differentiate Aash logistics'part load services.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor Sales performance metrics,including sales pipelines,conversion rates,and revenue forecasts.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance for senior management.

Sales planning:

• Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals and objective.
• Set realistic targets and milestones,and monitor progress towards achieving them.
