Deputy Manager- Business Development


Accountability (KRA) - Hunting

Activity (KPI) - 

  1. Generate market intelligence (competition business) of allocated areas
  2. Establish relationships with new customers and partners
  3. Build strong infrastructure by onboarding partners with dedicated vehicles & terminals
  4. Performance Indicator
  5. Gross corporate revenue
  6. New Customer addition per month - % Increase in revenue through new accounts
  7. Corporate yield at actual weight

Accountability (KRA) - Farming

Activity (KPI) - 

  1. Ensure organic growth from retention of existing customers
  2. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of customer transactions

Performance Indicator

  1. % Increase in wallet share per existing customer

Accountability (KRA) - Collections

Activity (KPI) - 

  1. DSO- Ensuring timely collection of receivables from clients
  2. Resolve any pending issues/ invoices

Performance Indicator - 

  1. Deductions %
  2. Outstanding >90 days
