Candidate should have a relevent experience of 4-5 years. Preferably in Lead Acid Battery Manufacturing Industry. 

1. Should be Diploma in Enginineering, BSc Graduate,  B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical /Mechanical /Chemical domain. 

2. Should have good analytical and interpersonal skills. 

3. Should have sound knowlege of Lead Acid Battery manufacturing process, Plate Generation process knowledge is mandatory. 

4. Should have the skillset to handle the team of quality inspectors and trainees. 

5. Should have worked on professional quality tools and procedures. 

6. Should be open to work in shifts.
