Maintenance Executive

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician who has strong mechanical skills along with broad working knowledge of electrical systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of all machinery in our packaging manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

A. Mechanical Maintenance

• Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of:
• Corrugation line
• Sheet pasting machines
• Die-cutting machines
• Stitching, slotting & rotary machines, etc.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults, vibrations, alignment issues, bearing failures, lubrication-related breakdowns, gear/chain/sprocket issues, etc.
• Maintain spares inventory and ensure critical parts are always in stock.
• Reduce machine downtime through root-cause analysis.

B. Electrical Maintenance (General Level)

• Handle basic electrical issues such as:
• Motor tripping, overload, and rewiring
• Limit switches, sensors, relays, contactors
• Panel troubleshooting
• VFD and motor control basics
• Power supply issues in machines
• Coordinate with external electricians/vendors for major electrical repairs or upgrades.
• Ensure electrical safety protocols and preventive checks.

C. Preventive Maintenance & Planning

• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance checklists and maintain proper logs.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance shutdowns.
• Work with production team to schedule downtime without affecting output.
• Report recurring issues and suggest permanent solutions.

D. Safety, Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all safety guards, interlocks, and protections are functional.
• Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and breakdown reports.
