Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations in Haridwar. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, handling basic office tasks, and ensuring a smooth working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including desks, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic office documentation work.
• Deliver and collect documents within office departments or nearby locations.
• Handle office supplies and report shortages to the admin/HR department.
• Support office staff in daily routine tasks as assigned.
• Keep pantry and storage areas organized and clean.
• Open and close office premises as per working hours, if required.
• Assist during meetings and office events.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 8th or 10th pass preferred.
• Prior experience as Office Boy/Helper is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and active.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Basic understanding of office discipline and hygiene.
• Ability to follow instructions properly.
