Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for skilled and motivated Production Operators with an Electrical or Mechanical background to support daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will operate machines, assemble components, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure smooth production flow while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machines and equipment as per instructions.
- Assemble electrical or mechanical components based on drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products using tools such as calipers, multimeters, gauges, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the work area.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Record production data and report any issues in a timely manner.
- Assist maintenance team during machine repairs or preventive maintenance.
