Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and drive profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly
• Ensure quality of food, service, and cleanliness at all times
• Monitor opening and closing procedures

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
• Maintain discipline, grooming, and service standards
• Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations

Customer Service

• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle complaints professionally
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Inventory & Cost Control

• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
• Control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses
• Maintain proper records and reports

Sales & Revenue

• Implement strategies to increase sales and footfall
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and billing accuracy
• Support promotions and special events

Compliance & Hygiene

• Ensure FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards are followed
• Maintain cleanliness as per health regulations

Skills & Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, costing, and billing systems
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Customer-focused and business-oriented mindset

Education & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
