Job Title- Supervisor/Incharge

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage the manpower deployed at the manufacturing site.
• Address and resolve day-to-day manpower-related queries promptly.
• Source, screen, and onboard new manpower according to operational requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations and HR teams to ensure timely fulfilment of manpower needs.

Skills Required:

• Strong computer handling skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and essential Excel functions.
• Understanding of PF, ESIC, and other labor compliances.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
