Ice Scooper

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Ice Cream Scooper to join our team at 1.5 Degree. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an ice cream or dessert brand (such as Baskin Robbins, Giani’s, Naturals, etc.) and be skilled in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve ice cream and related products as per company standards for portion size and presentation.

• Engage with customers, assist in flavor selection, and ensure a delightful service experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service counter, equipment, and utensils.

• Operate billing systems, handle cash/card payments, and maintain sales records.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely refilling of display freezers.

• Follow product handling, temperature control, and storage procedures.

• Assist with daily store opening, closing, and housekeeping activities.

• Adhere to brand values, grooming standards, and service protocols.
