SITE LEAD / ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR

Requires blend of technical oversight, firm leadership, and absolute integrity.

• supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring that workers adhere to the structural drawings and specifications provided by the engineering team.
• By maintaining a constant presence on the floor, you will resolve bottlenecks quickly and ensure labor productivity remains high.
• hold subcontractors accountable to their timelines and quality standards.
• Material Efficiency and Integrity - You will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and utilization of all materials. 
• The Site Lead must maintain an accurate daily progress report (DPR) that reflects the actual work completed versus the planned schedule.

Required Competencies

• Proven experience in supervising EPC building projects, preferably in Karnataka.

• Strong command over local labor languages and the ability to manage diverse crews.

• proficiency in reading structural and architectural drawings.

• A reputation for uncompromising honesty and ethical conduct on-site.

• Strong organizational skills to manage material logistics and daily documentation.

The location of site is in Gorur , 25kms from Hassan . Candidate must be willing to relocate nearby .candidates with Diploma in Civil engineering are welcome .
