Job SummaryWe are hiring a Deputy Sales Manager for Secured Business Loan sales. This role requires strong experience in DSA handling and field-based sales. Candidates must have hands-on exposure to secured business loan sourcing and closures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Secured Business Loan sales in the assigned territory.
• Handle, manage, and grow a DSA / connector network.
• Generate business through field sales, referrals, and partner relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure high-quality sourcing, documentation accuracy, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely sanctions and disbursements.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and local business opportunities.
• Support junior sales staff and guide them towards target achievement.
• Eligibility CriteriaMandatory experience in Secured Business Loan sales.
• Proven experience in DSA handling and field sales.
• Strong understanding of collateral-based business lending.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with field work.
• Age should not exceed 26 years.
