Job Description

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by meeting clients and customers in person. They play a crucial role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing sales on the ground. Their primary focus is on expanding market reach and driving revenue through direct interactions.

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  1. Client Meetings & Relationship Building
  • Conduct regular visits to prospects and existing customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
  1. Sales Target Achievement
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively.
  1. Market Research & Feedback
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve products/services.
  • Provide insights to the sales and marketing team.
  1. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to sales managers.
  • Use CRM tools or mobile apps for real-time data updates.
  1. After-Sales Support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product delivery and service.
  • Handle customer complaints or queries promptly.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
