Job Description
- Inventory Management: Oversee regular stock audits, physical counting, and reconciliation with system numbers (often in ERP or SAP) to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage the receipt of raw materials and the dispatch of finished goods, including verifying dispatch notes and loading/unloading schedules.
- Space Optimization: Plan warehouse layouts to maximize storage utilization and ensure easy accessibility to fast-moving items.
- Team Supervision: Schedule and lead warehouse staff, providing training on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards and ensure the facility follows government safety regulations.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports for management, including IN/OUT status, dead stock reports, and performance metrics (KPIs)
