Job Description

A Sales Executive drives revenue by finding clients, understanding needs, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and closing sales, managing the full cycle from lead generation (cold calls, networking) to customer retention, using CRM tools for tracking and reporting, and often traveling to meet clients or attend events, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation skills to hit targets. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Finding new opportunities via emails, social media, and networking.
  • Client Engagement: Initiating contact, building rapport, and understanding customer requirement and challenges.
  • Presentations & Demos:

 Delivering tailored product/service presentations and demos to clients in the showroom.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales to meet targets.
  • Account Management: Maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and seeking repeat business.
  • Reporting & CRM: Updating CRM systems, tracking sales progress, and providing performance reports.
  • Market Research: Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities. 

Essential Skills

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Articulate, persuasive, and empathetic for building trust.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: For securing favorable deals.
  • Self-Motivation & Resilience: To stay driven and overcome rejection.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of what's being sold.
