WHO ARE WE?

 

ReWild is a boutique real-estate offering that is redefining the ownership and management of holiday homes, by creating new destinations for weekend getaways with easy accessibility from cities, and merging real-estate purchases along with off-beat and nature based experiences. We plan to become a branded offering in the Holiday Home and/or Farm House segment, which is a very fragmented space mostly dominated by smaller and unorganised players, along with creating a post-purchase management and rental/hospitality management vertical.

 

The problem ReWild is trying to solve is the first of its kind in India – easy and democratised ownership of second homes with increased frequency of end use along with earning an ROI on the asset. You’ll be in the front seat of the disruption of this segment using new-age sales processes.

 

Our core team comprises real-estate veterans with excellent business acumen. We are backed by marquee investors including Prashanth Prakash (Accel Partners) and Nikhil Kamath (Zerodha). We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic people to join us on this journey.

 

 

What does ReWild do?

 

ReWild create gated communities of managed, uber-luxurious farmhouses or holiday homes that are nestled in beautiful locations - by the river, amidst forests and surrounded by hills, offering their owners bespoke nature-based experiences. ReWild is an eco-friendly haven designed to help you build a lifestyle in the lap of nature.

Growth Plans: We currently have 2 large projects in Bangalore, and are looking at multiple opportunities in Bangalore and other cities as well.

 

 

CHANNEL SALES - ROLE SUMMARY

 

The Channel Sales team is responsible for working with Channel Partners/Brokers to source leads for project sales. It's one of the most crucial verticals in defining the company’s growth. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building the channel partner (CP) vertical for distribution of ReWild projects. You will be primarily involved in signing up new CP accounts and expanding relationships with existing partners. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to give on-ground insights and help the sourcing scale.

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

 

●      Building rapport with existing channel partners and highlighting the ReWild advantage

●      Signing up new Channel Partner accounts for the company

●      Framing Channel Partner vertical policies and expansion strategy

●      Updating Channel Partners on a regular basis with regard to ReWild’s current inventory, new project details and offerings

●      Creating and maintaining a database of current and new Channel Partners onboarded

●      Plan regular Channel Partner events and engagement activities

●      Working with Channel Partners to source leads for site visits, and thereby sales

●      Coordinating with internal teams to ensure quick closures on Channel Partner leads

●      Coordinating with Finance to ensure timely payment to registered Channel Partners

●      Coordinating with internal teams to plan marketing activities for Channel Partners

●      Last but not least, achieving monthly targets consistently!

 

 

 

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?

 

●      4-6 years of experience in a similar kind of role in Real Estate

●      Enthusiasm to work in a target Oriented Environment

●      Good presentation skills and exceptional customer service skills

●      Excellent communication skills - verbal (English, Hindi and Kannada preferably)

●      Ability to create business plans and work with internal teams to ensure perfect execution

●      An understanding of timelines

●      A go-getter attitude, with the will to do what it takes and be flexible with a pure outcome focus

●      Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

●      Willing to travel all across Bangalore
