Job Description: Factory Helper

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Industry: Sheet Metal Manufacturing (IT, Telecom & Electrical – Europe & USA Markets)

Job Type: Full-Time

Preferred Candidates: Male candidates (North India preferred)

Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

• Job Responsibilities:Assist in the manufacturing of sheet metal parts for IT, Telecom, and Electrical industries
• Support machine operators and supervisors in daily factory operations
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Perform basic assembly, packing, and quality checking work
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the factory floor
• Follow safety rules, work instructions, and company policies
• Attend training sessions and learn factory processes (training will be provided)
• Eligibility Criteria:Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Willingness to work in a factory/manufacturing environment
• Candidates from North India are preferred
• Physically fit for shop-floor work
• Ready to learn and follow instructions
• Salary & Benefits:Fixed monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
