Role Summary

We are looking for a Field Executive to support on-ground property operations across residential properties in North-East Bangalore. The role involves site visits, inspections, coordination with stakeholders, and accurate reporting. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy field work and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit residential properties as per daily schedules
• Conduct basic property inspections and report observations
• Coordinate with tenants, owners, and service vendors
• Capture photos/videos and upload updates through mobile applications
• Assist with move-in, move-out, and inventory-related activities
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks
• Maintain professional conduct and clear communication during site visits

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th pass
• Graduate candidates will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel locally for field assignments
• Familiarity with North-East Bangalore locations is preferred
• Prior field experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 per month Including Incentives and Fuel allowance (CTC), based on experience
