Job Description

Shuddh Snacks is an emerging D2C and retail food brand dedicated to bringing authentic, traditional Indian flavors to modern consumers. We are expanding our footprint from online channels to offline General Trade and are looking for energetic, street-smart sales professionals to lead our market penetration in Bangalore.

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the "Placement" and "Visibility" of Shuddh Snacks. You will act as the primary point of contact for retailers and distributors in your assigned territory. Your daily goal is simple: increase the number of shops selling our snacks and ensure they are displayed prominently.


Key Responsibilities

  • New Outlet Expansion: Identify and onboard new Kirana stores, bakeries, and standalone supermarkets in your assigned "beat" (territory) to stock Shuddh Snacks.
  • Order Taking & Fulfillment: Visit 35–40 outlets daily according to a fixed beat plan. Collect orders and ensure timely supply from the distributor to the retailer.
  • Distributor Management: Coordinate with the local distributor to ensure they have enough stock and are delivering orders to retailers on time.
  • Merchandising (Visibility): Ensure Shuddh Snacks are placed at eye level or near the cash counter. Put up posters, danglers, or shelf strips to grab customer attention.
  • Payment Collection: Ensure retailers clear their dues with the distributor on time to maintain a healthy supply chain.
  • Market Intelligence: Report on competitor activity and retailer feedback regarding our taste/packaging.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience selling food products or FMCG goods (experience with snacks/biscuits is a huge plus).
  • Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Bangalore retail landscape. Must be fluent in Kannada and functional in Hindi/English.
  • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp for reporting and basic apps for order punching (if applicable).
  • Personality: Aggressive in sales, polite in behavior, and persistent. Not afraid of hearing "No."
