Warehouse Manager

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation.

• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.

• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and operational discipline.

• Implement and monitor warehouse safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.

• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining proper documentation and tracking.

• Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to support smooth inventory flow and business operations.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch management.

• Inventory management and stock control with experience in cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP tools, and MS Excel for tracking and reporting.

• Team leadership and workforce management to supervise, train, and improve warehouse staff productivity.

• Knowledge of safety standards, compliance procedures, and warehouse operational best practices.

• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills to manage daily warehouse activities efficiently.
