Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Talent Sourcing & Screening
• Identify, attract, and evaluate candidates for F&B service roles (waiters, captains, stewards, bartenders) and kitchen staff (chefs, commis, utility staff).
• Leverage existing manpower databases and industry networks to ensure quick turnaround.
• 📋 Job Posting & Outreach
• Draft compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms, including hospitality job boards, WhatsApp groups, and training institutes.
• 🧑‍🍳 Hospitality-Focused Recruitment
• Understand operational needs of hotels and restaurants, ensuring candidates meet service standards, grooming protocols, and kitchen discipline.
• 🤝 Candidate Engagement & Coordination
• Conduct interviews, coordinate trials, and manage documentation for onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure smooth joining processes.
• 📊 Database Management & Reporting
• Maintain and update a structured database of F&B and kitchen manpower segmented by skill, experience, and location.
• Share weekly recruitment status reports with management.
