PROJECTION SYSTEM:

1. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot digital projection systems.

2. Ensure high-quality audio and visual presentation of films

3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of projection equipment to minimize downtime

4. Feeding or checking weekly movie schedule, availability of content and KDM to run the movie.

Also, the same is ingested and tested

5. Feeding & playing the advertisement schedule into the projector as per RO released

6. Ensure lamp hour usage recording and making the requisition of new lamps on time

IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT:

1. Manage and maintain the cinema's IT network and systems.

2. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve technical problems promptly.

3. Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.

4. Software and Hardware Maintenance:

5. Install, configure, and update software applications used for ticketing, scheduling, and point-

of-sale systems.

6. Maintain inventory of hardware components and accessories, including projectors, servers,

and networking devices.

7. Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs, upgrades, and replacements as needed.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

1. Provide technical support to staff members on projection and IT-related issues.

2. Train cinema staff on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

3. Respond to emergency situations such as equipment failures or power outages to minimize

disruptions to movie screenings.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

1. Conduct regular quality checks on projection and audio systems to ensure optimal

performance.

2. Monitor and adjust sound levels during movie screenings to maintain an immersive viewing

experience.

DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING:

1. Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.

2. Generate reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and inventory levels for

management review.

3. Show cancelation, refund and lamp hour reports to be shared on monthly basis

4. Identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or enhancements to technology

infrastructure.
