Job Description – MIS Executive/ Depo Incharge

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive for our Jabalpur location to manage daily inventory data, maintain accurate records, and support warehouse operations through SAP and Excel-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily inventory data accurately in Excel

Create and update orders in SAP

Send reports and updates through Outlook (email)

Work on Advanced Excel tools such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Filters, etc.

Prepare MIS reports and maintain organized records

Track warehouse stock movement and maintain invoice records

Manage both digital and physical invoice files

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in computer stream.

Basic knowledge of SAP (specially creating and updating orders)

Strong experience in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Filters required)

Ability to work efficiently on Outlook and Email communication

Prior experience in MIS, inventory, or warehouse operations will be preferred
