Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves market mapping, customer enrolment, order taking, and meeting key influencers in the market to promote company products and services. The candidate will be required to visit markets within a 20 km radius from home on a daily basis.

Before starting field activities, the candidate will undergo 2–3 days of online training, and Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided for daily market visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market mapping to identify new outlets, customers, and business opportunities.
• Carry out customer enrolments and ensure proper documentation as per company policy.
• Take and manage orders from customers and ensure timely coordination for delivery.
• Meet influencers in the market (such as retailers, distributors, contractors, or local opinion leaders) to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships.
• Visit the assigned market (up to 20 km radius) daily to ensure active customer engagement.
• Observe market trends and competitor activities and share feedback with the team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Prepare and share daily visit and sales reports with the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or field operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be comfortable with daily market visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
