Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team at the Hoshidpur, Chandigarh, Punjab location. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of equipment/machinery, with availability for both day and night rotational shifts.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, commissioning, and servicing of machines/equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure timely resolution of service calls
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for service activities
- Follow safety and company procedures
- RequirementsDiploma / ITI / Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field
- Experience as a Service Engineer or similar role (preferred)
- Willingness to work in day and night rotational shifts
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Basic communication and customer-handling skills
