Job Description

  •  Sales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and leads
  • Promote and sell company products/services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers
  • 🔹 Collection ResponsibilitiesMonitor customer payment schedules and outstanding balances
  • Follow up on overdue accounts via calls and visits
  • Negotiate repayment terms where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and aging reports
  • Reduce delinquency and improve recovery rates
