DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing, optimising, and driving end-to-end operational excellence across multiple real estate projects. Know-how on how things progress in various real estate projects (like Plotting development, Villas, Apartments, etc) would be necessary. The role ensures seamless coordination between project execution, statutory approvals, procurement, sales support, customer handover, and all cross-functional teams. This senior leadership position demands strong technical expertise, process management skills, and exceptional people leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in real estate project execution (non-technical aspects) and various stages involved.

• Strong understanding of BDA/BBMP/BMRDA/RERA approval workflows.

• Excellent planning, coordination, and analytical skills.

• Proven leadership and people management capabilities with internal and external stakeholders (Landlards, Contractors, Legal teams, Investors etc)

• Strong negotiation and vendor/contractor management ability.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools would be an added advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and handle crisis management.

Language

• English: read, write and speak
• Hindi: speak
• Kannada: speak (would be an advantage considering the location)
• Telugu / Tamil: speak (would be an additional advantage)
