Job Description
Operate the HVAC units, Monitor & record the operations, PPM, Attend to breakdown calls, Reports preparation, Operating the OEM Service App for calls monitoring, ordering spare parts and closing the calls. Lead a team of 4 members by making shift arrangements. Follow Safety as per the Industrial norms. Communicate with the customer and OEM Engineers. Take help of OEM Engineer to resolve the issue on time (without any delay).
