Job Description: Area Collection Manager

Position Summary:

The Area Head is responsible for overall management of his team in the branch, driving business growth through sales, collections and excellent customer service, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading his team to achieve targets. This role balances sales leadership with strong operational control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead the team to achieve loan disbursement, deposit, and revenue targets.

·         Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the branch market to maximize growth.

·         Manage day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to organizational policies.

·         Build strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community stakeholders to expand the customer base.

·         Monitor and control credit risk by ensuring timely loan recovery and portfolio quality.

·         Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to maintain high performance and service standards.

·         Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

·         Analyze team performance data and prepare reports for senior management.

·         Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

·         Collaborate with regional and corporate teams for product launches, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
