Job Description


  • Perform site surveys to assess installation requirements.
  • Install and configure network equipment (e.g., modems, routers, ONTs) at customer premises.
  • Ensure timely activation of new services and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
  • Educate customers on the use of services and equipment.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on network elements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of network infrastructure and configurations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
