Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop DFM-optimised product designs using CAD with a focus on Manufacturability.
• Streamline design-to-production workflows and optimize manufacturing process plans.
• Conduct comprehensive design reviews for manufacturability (DFM) and processes.
• Support the technician team by solving technical challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
