Job Description: Executive – LCV EV Production Operations (OFF ROLL)

Location: Hosur

Role Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily production activities for LCV Electric Vehicles, ensuring smooth workflow between assembly, testing, quality, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end LCV EV production operations on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with assembly, battery, wiring, and quality teams for daily output.
• Monitor production targets, takt time, line efficiency, and process adherence.
• Ensure availability of parts, tools, and materials in line with the production schedule.
• Assist with vehicle testing, charging, calibration, and final quality checks.
• Maintain production records, daily reports, and support continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and 5S standards across the production area.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Understanding of EV/automotive production processes.
• Strong coordination and shop-floor management skills.
• Knowledge of basic electrical/mechanical systems (preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in production or EV/automotive operations.
