• Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new SME customers with FTL (Full Truck Load) requirements.
• Explain BlackBuck’s product offerings clearly to match customer needs.
• Generate leads and sign new customers within Coimbatore, Salem, and Erode.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
• Manage a portfolio of existing and potential SME customers through regular field visits.
• Build strong client relationships to maximize account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Reduce attrition by providing consistent service and minimizing competitor influence.
• Convert qualified leads into active customers (First Time Buyers).
• Grow business within existing accounts and create new revenue opportunities.
• Requirements & QualificationsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree (Graduates/Postgraduates preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Languages Required: Tamil & English
• Willingness to travel across Hosur for client visits.
• Field sales or logistics sales experience is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong in customer relationship management.
