Finance And Operations Executive

We are a high-performance technology consultancy. We are looking for a disciplined Operator to serve as the operational backbone of the company. This is not a managerial role. This role is for a hands-on executor who follows systems precisely and delivers outcomes without deviation.

Financial Precision: Independently manage Odoo reconciliation and invoicing with absolute accuracy. Errors, omissions, or approximations are unacceptable.

Operational Discipline: Execute and maintain the company’s “White Book” of Standard Operating Procedures exactly as documented. No deviation, improvisation, or process drift unless formally approved.

Communication: Act as a professional point of contact, delivering clear, concise, and grammatically correct communication at all times.

Non-Negotiables:

• Fluent English: You must communicate in fluent, professional English.
• Directness: Be direct and concise; we value clarity over "being nice."
• Precision: Exceptional attention to detail is non-negotiable.
• Tech-Savvy (Odoo Mandatory): You must have experience with Odoo and be comfortable learning new tools (Notion, Google Workspace) immediately.
