Job Description:

We are looking for Top Stylists and a Creative Director to join our luxury salon, Boho Luxe.

Both roles have the same responsibilities, but experience level should be higher for the Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

Provide unisex hair services (men & women)

Expert in hair treatments such as:

-Keratin

-Botox

-Nanoplasty

Strong knowledge of hair colouring techniques, including:

-Highlights

-Balayage

-Ombre

Give proper consultation to clients and suggest the right service

Understand client needs and deliver high-quality results

Maintain Boho Luxe service standards at all times

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism

Work as a team player and guide junior staff when required

Keep updated with new trends and techniques

Requirements:

Must be an experienced unisex hairdresser

Very strong in hair treatments and hair colouring

Good communication and consultation skills

Passion for hair styling and customer satisfaction

Responsible, punctual, and professional

Experience in a premium or luxury salon is an added advantage

Experience:

Top Stylist: Minimum 3–5 years experience

Creative Director: Minimum 6+ years experience with leadership skills
