Job Description

Job Title: HR & Admin Officer


Department: Human Resources / Administration


Job Summary

HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing employee payroll, HR operations, and office administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.


  • Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management

Process monthly payroll for employees.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and overtime details.

Calculate salary, deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory components.

Generate salary slips and payroll reports.

Coordinate with accounts/finance team for salary disbursement.


2. HR Operations:

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Manage joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR letters.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.

Support recruitment and interview coordination.


3. Administration Activities:

Manage office facilities and general administration.

Coordinate with vendors, office supplies, and maintenance services.

Maintain office records, files, and documentation.

Monitor office expenses and administrative budgets.

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.


4. Compliance & Policies:

Ensure company policies and labor laws compliance.

Maintain records related to PF, ESI, and statutory filings.

Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation.


Required Skills:

Knowledge of Payroll processing and HR operations

Basic knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI

Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR software

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple HR and admin tasks

Qualification

MBA / BBA / Degree in HR / Business Administration

1–3 years experience in HR & Admin / Payroll
