📢 Hiring – HRM (Site Operations)

📍 Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu (Near Chennai)

💼 Role Type: NOPR

⏳ Experience: Approx. 3 Years (Relevant Experience Required)

💰 CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA

🗣 Mandatory Languages: Tamil & Hindi (Both Required)

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Labour Management

• Gate pass issuance for contract workers (CWs)

• Medical fitness coordination

• Safety compliance documentation

• Police verification process

🔹 Compliance & Liaisoning

• Coordination with Labour Office, DISH & TNPCB

• Filing annual returns & statutory registrations

🔹 Payroll & Vendor Management

• Certification of attendance & wage sheets

• Maintaining 41 monthly compliances in Evolve system

🔹 Administrative Support

• Managing site amenities

• Visitor accommodation

• Handling local grievances

✅ Candidate Selection Criteria:

✔ Local candidate familiar with Hosur / Tamil Nadu geography

✔ Must communicate effectively with North Indian labourers in Hindi

✔ Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
