Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and facilities
• Repair mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safe
• Report major issues and maintenance needs to supervisors
• Follow safety rules and company procedures

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or maintenance work
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Working Conditions:

• May require lifting, standing, or working in confined spaces
• May involve shift work or on-call duties
