Position 1: DL Executive (Recruitment Support)Job Role:

• Support recruitment activities and hiring drives
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining process
• Follow up with candidates and vendors
• Maintain hiring trackers and reports
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and hiring managers

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Com / BBA / MBA
• 2–4 years recruitment or HR experience

Position 2: MIS Executive (HR MIS / Reporting)Job Role:

• Maintain recruitment data in Excel
• Prepare daily and weekly hiring reports
• Update interview, offer, and joining status
• Ensure data accuracy and proper reporting

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Com / BBA / MBA
• 2–4 years MIS / HR MIS experience
• Skills Required:Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic recruitment process knowledge

Salary:₹17,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Take-home)
