PLC Programmer

Job Overview:

 We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer proficient in all major PLC & HMI platforms. You will handle programming, interface design, and site commissioning for diverse industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced PLC Programming: Develop and troubleshoot logic across all major brands (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, Schneider, etc.). Proficiency in IEC 61131-3 standard languages is required:
• Ladder Logic (LD)
• Function Block Diagram (FBD)
• Sequential Function Charts (SFC)
• Structured Text (ST)
• Instruction List (IL)
• HMI Design: Create user-friendly interfaces on various platforms (Proface, Siemens WinCC, FactoryTalk, etc.).
• Integration: Configure communication protocols like Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and Modbus.
• Commissioning: Handle on-site installation, wiring checks, and system testing.
• Motion Control: Program Servo and Stepper drives for precise motion applications.

Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, E&I, or Mechatronics.
• Skillset: Hands-on expertise with multiple PLC/HMI brands (not limited to a single make) is mandatory.
• Technical: Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, sensors, VFDs, and troubleshooting.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites is required.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of Vision Systems.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 implementations.
