Job Description
Receive incoming shipments and verify details
Sort parcels based on destination (city, zone, route-wise)
Scan shipments using handheld devices/system
Perform packaging, labeling, and tagging of parcels
Load and unload courier bags and boxes
Ensure proper segregation of fragile and priority shipments
Maintain records of processed shipments
Coordinate with delivery and dispatch teams
Follow company SOPs for handling and safety
